Return and Exchange Policy
We do not refund for change of mind purchases. We do not refund for incorrect sizing as we do our utmost best to give detailed information on all clothing. All requests for an exchange will be subject to availability. Credit notes may be provided. They may be sent via email, returned as a gift certificate or posted to you. For items that are not on sale, if you wish to obtain an exchange, you may return your item(s) to us within 7 days of receiving your order. There will be no exchanges on sale items. For international orders, the buyer may exchange the item within 28 days. Please contact us to organise a return.
We will only offer an exchange for clothing if the garment/s is/are unused, in perfect resalable condition with the Phyre Wear or manufacturers Swing Tag/s attached. All goods must be returned in the original packaging.
We will only offer a refund for clothing if the garment is damaged which will be determined upon inspection. We cannot accept returns for clothing that have been torn, soiled or damaged due to incorrect washing or use.
In the interests of hygiene, we have a strict no exchange policy on scarves & shawls which have been opened by the customer. All postage costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. Phyre Wear will not reimburse the customer for the cost of return shipping costs.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE EXCHANGES IF THE ABOVE PROCEDURES HAVE NOT BEEN FOLLOWED.
