Return and Exchange Policy
Online Return policy
We do not refund or cancel orders for a change of mind.
We gladly exchange items within 7 days (in store & online) of delivery at the customers expense. This means exchanges and postal fees are not covered by us.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Once you request a return, and goods are received and inspected, customer will receive a unique code valid for 6 months to use on the online store.

We do NOT accept returns/exchange on SALE, FINAL SALE or GIFT CARDS items. Please read the description carefully and making the purchase of a sale item means you have read and agreed to the conditions of the *SALE*.
If you are local and want to come and return, exchanges are made on the spot ONLY. In Store will not issue a credit.
Note: Once a credit is used the exchange, we do not exchange the order a second time.
Faulty and wrong items
If you receive a faulty item or the wrong item listed on your order sheet, please contact us so we can rectify and replace the product and make it right.
If a product is deemed faulty, we will replace the item immediately.
Note: Under Fair Trading we have a right to replace.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All hijabs, caps, body tops and tights cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
Refunds
No refunds for change or mind or incorrect decision.
Click and Collect
Orders made through click and collect have 7 days from date of order (NOT from date of pick up) to exchange.
Codes for credit online
Unique codes are single use only and must be used in its entirety at once.
Credits have a 6 months used by from date received.
Codes can’t be combined.
Credit made online can not be used Instore it is strictly for online.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE EXCHANGES IF THE ABOVE PROCEDURES HAVE NOT BEEN FOLLOWED.
