AUSTRALIA postage
All items are shipped via Australia Post Services and Courier please. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10 for all sizes of parcels. Once payment has been accepted, items will be dispatched within 24-72 hours UNLESS it is a pre order, date will be in description.
We will not accept responsibility for packages which are returned to us due to insufficient/incorrect address information. Additional shipping fees will be due for re-sending any order(s). This must be paid in advance of shipment.
Shipping times may vary during bank/public holidays and during peak periods.
We cannot accept responsibility for the loss of any of our items/parcels during transit due to a fault of a third party service provider (the courier). However, we will assist the customer in locating the parcel and assist in investigating a reported loss as well as pursue the appropriate channels until the matter is resolved.
Express shipping is $15 and is not next day shipping, allow 3 working days. Express postage doesn’t apply over weekends, public holidays and Eid holidays. Note this is not guaranteed, we do not hold any responsibility if it does not come within the Australian post time frame.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
All international orders are dispatched according to the checkout option selected by the customer. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours and arrive between 10-15 days for most countries.

The import duties or taxes are charged from your own customs office and are not included in our postage rate. Import duties and charges are not to be made to Phyre Wear. Additional taxes, tarrifs, customs and import duties are the buyer's responsibility.
We will not be held responsible for any missing parcel disputes but we will assist the customer in locating the parcel and all investigations in reporting the loss until matter is resolved.
